During the intro, I talked a bit about my current and future armor pieces from the Les Raisins Tactical Armor mod.
I mentioned the Master Chief from the Halo franchise.
As I was talking about the world in which I play From the Rubble, I called it Terra Incognita.
When I said, “Yummy” in the way that I did… it was an homage to this.
I made multiple references to Vintage Story.
I was reminded by the song, “Won’t Get Fooled Again” by the Who. I also talked a little bit about their farewell tour… and their other farewell tours.
When I referred to the Holy Grail, I was talking about this.
When talking about railroad modeling, I also mentioned Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg, Germany.
I also talked about Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars. Later on, I talked about Tribes 2.
I mentioned Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and their marketing around “You got chocolate in my peanut butter” and “You got peanut butter in my chocolate”.
After dinner, my friends and I would play on the Xbox or Dreamcast back in the day.
I have worked with some great people and some real schmucks.
I used the phrase, “You bet your sweet bippy.“
